Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AluFlow, an aluminum project management platform operated by AluFlow Ltd. (Company No. 517308623) (the "Company"). By accessing and using the AluFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Company may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where a written service agreement has been signed between you and the Company, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict, and these Terms and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of it.
2. Service Description
AluFlow is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for aluminum pergola manufacturing and construction businesses. The Service provides tools for 2D design, 3D visualization, bill of quantities (BOQ) generation, manufacturing plans, cutting optimization, customer relationship management, quote management, and team collaboration, as well as AI visualizations rendered on the customer's site photo and an AI support assistant.
3. User Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify AluFlow of any unauthorized use of your account. AluFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service operates on a recurring subscription model with monthly or annual billing cycles. Fees are per the current price list published on our pricing page (aluflow.co.il/pricing) at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and do not include VAT, which is added at the lawful rate at the time of payment. Payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing period via a recurring credit-card charge processed through Cardcom, a PCI-compliant payment gateway, against a lawful tax invoice. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. The Company may update plan prices with at least 30 days' prior notice; an updated price applies from the first billing period after the notice period ends. Payment overdue by more than 14 days may lead to suspension of access to the Service after written notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial — the card details are stored securely (tokenized) and no charge is made during the trial period. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged the full price of the selected plan.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Self-serve subscriptions purchased through the website carry a full money-back guarantee within 30 days of the first charge of your first subscription — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the first subscription only and does not apply to purchases of additional credit packages. Beyond that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is given for a billing period that has begun, and access to the Service is retained until the end of the paid period. Customers with a signed service agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
7. AI Features and Credits
AI site-photo visualizations operate on a credit system: each plan includes a monthly credit quota as detailed on the pricing page. The quota renews monthly, and unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits purchased as add-on packages do not expire. The AI support assistant is subject to a separate monthly fair-use quota. System and AI outputs — including bills of quantities, manufacturing plans, quotes, and visualizations — are decision-support tools only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before any commercial or manufacturing use.
8. Intellectual Property
AluFlow retains all rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, design, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or transfer the Service or any part of it to any third party. You retain ownership of all data and content you create using the Service, including designs, BOQ data, and customer information. You grant AluFlow a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
9. Data, Confidentiality and Privacy
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. AluFlow will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law. Each party shall keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information of the other party received in connection with the Service, and shall not use it except for the purpose of this engagement. 10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AluFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AluFlow's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. AluFlow is not responsible for manufacturing errors resulting from data entered by users.
11. Support and Availability
The Company provides technical support on business days through the following channels: email info@aluflow.co.il, WhatsApp and phone +972-52-229-3319, the help center on the website, and an AI support assistant available in the system. The Company targets 99% monthly average system availability, excluding planned maintenance windows and circumstances beyond its control. The availability target does not confer service credits or compensation.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. In the event of a material breach of these Terms not cured within 14 days of written notice, the Company may terminate the engagement; in severe cases the Company may suspend access immediately. Following termination, you may request in writing, within 30 days, an export of your data in a reasonable machine-readable format. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is vested in the competent courts of the Southern District, Israel.
