Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AluFlow, an aluminum project management platform operated by AluFlow Ltd. (Company No. 517308623) (the "Company"). By accessing and using the AluFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Company may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where a written service agreement has been signed between you and the Company, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict, and these Terms and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of it.
2. Service Description
AluFlow is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for aluminum pergola manufacturing and construction businesses. The Service provides tools for 2D design, 3D visualization, bill of quantities (BOQ) generation, manufacturing plans, cutting optimization, customer relationship management, quote management, and team collaboration, as well as AI visualizations rendered on the customer's site photo and an AI support assistant.
3. User Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify AluFlow of any unauthorized use of your account. AluFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service operates on a recurring subscription model with monthly or annual billing cycles. Fees are per the current price list published on our pricing page (aluflow.io/pricing) at the time of purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Freemius. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Freemius handles all billing enquiries and returns. Freemius charges you, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country — tax is shown at checkout and may be added to or included in the listed price depending on where you are. Prices on aluflow.io are listed in euros (EUR); customers in some countries are charged in their local currency at the price shown at checkout. Payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing period against the payment method you authorise at checkout. You authorise recurring charges to that payment method until you cancel. The Company may update plan prices with at least 30 days' prior notice; an updated price applies from the first billing period after that notice ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
5. Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial — the card details are stored securely (tokenized) and no charge is made during the trial period. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged the full price of the selected plan.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions purchased in self-service carry a full money-back guarantee within 14 days of the first charge of your first subscription — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the first subscription only and does not apply to purchases of additional credit packages. Beyond that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is given for a billing period that has begun, and access to the Service is retained until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal running from the conclusion of the contract. Refunds are processed by Freemius as Merchant of Record. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.
7. AI Features and Credits
AI site-photo visualizations operate on a credit system: each plan includes a monthly credit quota as detailed on the pricing page. The quota renews monthly, and unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits purchased as add-on packages do not expire. The AI support assistant is subject to a separate monthly fair-use quota. System and AI outputs — including bills of quantities, manufacturing plans, quotes, and visualizations — are decision-support tools only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before any commercial or manufacturing use. Ownership of visualization outputs: you receive a non-exclusive license to use visualizations generated in your account within your business, including presenting them to your own customers. Rights in the visualization technology, the prompts, the models, and the AluFlow marks embedded in the output remain with AluFlow. You may not remove, obscure, crop out, or alter any trademark, watermark, caption, or rights notice embedded in a visualization, and you may not present a visualization created in the Service as though it were produced by another tool.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service belong to AluFlow — including the software, source code, algorithms, data structures, design, user interface, screen layouts and their arrangement, graphics, icons, wording and texts, documentation, and marketing materials. These are protected as works under the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768-2007, and as trade secrets under the Commercial Torts Law, 5759-1999. You retain ownership of all data and content you create using the Service, including designs, BOQ data, and customer information. You grant AluFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data in order to provide and operate the Service, secure it, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and to carry out quality assurance and improvement of the Service and its AI outputs, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you provide AluFlow with any suggestion, feedback, or idea for improving the Service, AluFlow may use it freely for any purpose, without compensation and without attribution, and without this granting you any right in the Service.
9. Use Restrictions
In addition to Section 8 and without derogating from it, you may not, whether directly or through another party: (a) copy, reproduce, imitate, or create a derivative work from the Service or any part of it — including the user interface, screen layouts, design, workflows, wording, texts, and documentation; (b) take screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, or video of the Service by any means, other than for your own internal business use; such captures may not be published, distributed, or transferred to any third party; (c) use the Service, or information you were exposed to through it, to develop, specify, commission, or promote a competing or substantially similar product or service, or assist any other party in doing so; (d) access the Service by automated means — including any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or interface other than the official one — or carry out data mining or systematic extraction of content; (e) access the Service for competitive comparison, competitor analysis, or benchmarking for the benefit of another product; (f) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, algorithms, or methods of operation, except to the extent expressly permitted by law on a non-waivable basis; (g) share your access credentials, allow any third party to use your account, or sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer your right to use the Service; (h) remove, obscure, or alter any mark, watermark, caption, or rights notice appearing in the Service or in its outputs. You acknowledge that a breach of this Section or of Section 8 may cause AluFlow harm that cannot be adequately remedied by monetary damages, and that AluFlow shall be entitled to injunctive relief, whether interim or permanent, without being required to prove damage and without derogating from any other remedy available to it under law or under these Terms.
10. Data, Confidentiality and Privacy
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. AluFlow will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law. Each party shall keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information of the other party received in connection with the Service, and shall not use it except for the purpose of this engagement. Staff access to your data: AluFlow personnel and its service providers may access your account content only on a need-to-know basis and for defined purposes — providing support at your request, diagnosing and fixing faults, maintaining and securing the system, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized roles, to the narrowest scope required, and is recorded in system logs. Such access is carried out through dedicated, logged tools and not by impersonating your account, and your account content is not used for marketing purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AluFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AluFlow's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. AluFlow is not responsible for manufacturing errors resulting from data entered by users.

Billing, invoice and refund enquiries are handled by Freemius, the Merchant of Record for your purchase — reach them at my.freemius.com or freemius.com/help. You are welcome to contact us about a billing question either way and we will raise it with Freemius on your behalf.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. In the event of a material breach of these Terms not cured within 14 days of written notice, the Company may terminate the engagement; in severe cases the Company may suspend access immediately. Following termination, you may request in writing, within 30 days, an export of your data in a reasonable machine-readable format. Account deletion that you initiate freezes the account at once and schedules permanent erasure 30 days later. During that period you can restore the account yourself using the link we email you; after 30 days the data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Your payment method, subscription, calendar connections and API keys are disconnected at the moment of freezing and are not restored. You can export your data for as long as the account exists, before it is frozen. The provisions of Sections 7 (as regards ownership of outputs), 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16, together with any provision that by its nature is intended to continue in force, shall survive termination of the engagement for any reason.
14. General Provisions
Binding version: these Terms were written in Hebrew and translated into additional languages for users’ convenience. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the Hebrew version and any translation, the Hebrew version shall prevail. Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service and supersede any prior representation, promise, or understanding on the matter, except for a signed individual service agreement as described in Section 1. Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found void, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Waiver: AluFlow’s failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right and shall not prevent its enforcement at any other time. Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without AluFlow’s prior written consent. AluFlow may assign its rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of business. Force majeure: AluFlow shall not be liable for delay or non-performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, state of emergency, infrastructure or communications failures, cyber attacks, or the failure of a third-party provider.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Your purchase is additionally subject to the Freemius buyer terms that you accept at checkout.
