1. Commitment to Accessibility

AluFlow Ltd. (Company No. 517308623), operator of the AluFlow system, is committed to making the system accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.

We believe digital accessibility is a fundamental right, and we continuously invest resources and effort to improve the user experience for all users.

2. Implemented Accessibility Features

• Full RTL support — The system was designed from the ground up to support right-to-left writing direction (Hebrew)
• Keyboard navigation — All main functions are accessible via keyboard
• "Skip to content" link — Allows direct navigation to main content with a Tab press
• Visual focus indicators — Interactive elements are clearly marked when receiving keyboard focus
• Semantic structure — Uses semantic HTML tags (header, nav, main, aside) for organized navigation
• ARIA labels — System regions are marked with accessibility labels for screen readers
• Color contrast — Design with contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
• Text resize support — The system adapts to text enlargement up to 200%

3. Known Limitations

Some system components are based on advanced graphical technologies that present inherent accessibility challenges:

• 2D Drawing Editor — Based on Canvas technology (Konva), which by nature has limited screen reader accessibility. We provide text alternatives for key data (dimensions, quantities).
• 3D View — Based on WebGL (Three.js), which is not fully supported by screen readers. All data is also available in accessible table views.

We are working on improving the accessibility of these components and seeking alternative solutions to make the drawing and viewing experience accessible.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The system is designed and adapted for use with:

• Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
• Full keyboard navigation
• Screen magnification and text resizing
• Operating system high contrast mode

5. Standards and Regulations

We comply with:

• Israeli Standard 5568 — Web content accessibility guidelines
• WCAG 2.1 Level AA — International accessibility guidelines by W3C
• Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998
• Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 2013
