Navigate to the Projects page from the main menu and click "New Project". Fill in the customer name and project name in the form that opens and click "Create Project". Your new project will appear in your project list.

On the project page, click "New Product". Choose the product type (pergola, gate, fence), give it a name, and click "Create". The product will be added to the project and you can start editing it.

Enter the product editor and go to the drawing step. Use the polygon tool to draw the pergola outline on the canvas. Click to create vertices, and double-click to close the shape.

In the product settings (Step 2), select a frame profile, division profile, and shading profile from the profile catalog. Each profile includes dimensions and price per meter that automatically update in the BOQ calculation.

In Step 3 (Columns), click on the canvas edges to place columns. You can drag columns to the desired position after placement. Columns affect material calculations and the manufacturing plan.

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) is a detailed list of all materials required for a project, including quantities, lengths, and costs. The BOQ is automatically generated from your drawing and lets you know exactly what to order.

On the product page, click "Manufacturing Plan". The system automatically calculates all required cuts including precise cutting angles. The plan is ready for printing and sending to the production floor.

Click "Material Order" on the product page. The system runs an optimization algorithm that minimizes waste from raw stock bars. The result shows how many bars to purchase and how to cut each bar optimally.

Click the PDF icon that appears in the BOQ, manufacturing plan, or material order tables. A PDF file will automatically download to your computer, ready for printing or sending.

Go to Settings from the main menu, select "Security" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password, new password and confirmation, then click "Save".

Go to Settings and select "Teams". Create a new team, invite team members via email address and assign them roles (admin, editor, viewer). Team members will receive an email invitation.

The system supports Chrome, Firefox, and Edge in their latest versions. Safari has partial support. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience, especially for the canvas editor and 3D viewer.

Yes. The system uses JWT encryption, secure HTTPS communication, and passwords encrypted with bcrypt. All data is stored securely on our servers.
